Come see why our associates love working at MasterBrand.\nJob Description:\nThe Recruiter will support hiring needs for one or more manufacturing locations, with a primary focus on attracting and hiring production and skilled talent. This role partners closely with plant leadership and Human Resources to understand workforce needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, build local talent pipelines, and deliver a positive candidate experience from application through hire.\nThe ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast paced manufacturing environment, managing multiple openings at once, and finding creative ways to attract talent in competitive local markets.\nResponsibilities\nManage the full recruiting process for assigned manufacturing positions, including job posting, sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer support, and pre employment activities.\nPartner with Plant HR and hiring leaders to understand staffing needs, position requirements, hiring priorities, and talent challenges.\nDevelop and execute sourcing strategies for production, skilled trades, technical, and other plant based positions.\nBuild strong local talent pipelines through community partnerships, schools, workforce organizations, hiring events, employee referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.\nProactively identify and engage qualified candidates rather than relying solely on incoming applications.\nReview applications and conduct candidate screens to assess relevant experience, qualifications, interest, and alignment with position requirements.\nCoordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruiting process.\nSupport hiring events, job fairs, open interviews, and other local recruiting initiatives.\nMaintain accurate and timely candidate information within the applicant tracking system.\nMonitor recruiting activity and talent pipelines to identify challenges and adjust sourcing strategies when needed.\nPartner with HR and hiring leaders to ensure recruiting practices are consistent, compliant, and provide a strong candidate experience.\nBuild relationships within the local community to strengthen awareness of the company as an employer and develop sustainable sources of talent.\nQualifications\nTwo or more years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or related Human Resources experience preferred.\nExperience supporting a manufacturing, distribution, skilled trades, or high volume hourly workforce strongly preferred.\nExperience with candidate sourcing, interviewing, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting technology.\nAbility to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities in a fast paced environment.\nStrong communication and relationship building skills with the ability to work effectively with candidates, hiring managers, Plant HR, and community partners.\nDemonstrated ability to proactively source candidates and develop talent pipelines.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to work regularly onsite at the manufacturing facility and participate in local recruiting events as needed.\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nMasterBrand Cabinets LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
