Come see why our associates love working at MasterBrand.\nJob Description:\nThis temporary position is responsible for executing daily support of shipments from suppliers, manufacturing operations, and home delivery agents to customers. The focus is on meeting customer delivery expectations while ensuring cost-effective transportation solutions through cross-functional collaboration.\nThis is a temporary assignment intended to support business needs during a defined period. Employment in this role is temporary in nature and does not guarantee continued employment beyond the assignment end date. Assignment length may vary based on business requirements.\nResponsibilities:\nEnsure all truckload shipments have assigned carriers\nPerform all tactical home delivery functions: issue resolution, order management, and agent changes\nMaintain effective communication between manufacturing operations, customer service, home delivery agents and carriers\nResolve time critical transportation and delivery issues utilizing cost effective methods\nIdentify recurring issues, investigate root causes, and drive actions to resolution\nCross training in other positions within the department\nAbility to work an alternate schedule which may require evening and weekend availability occasionally\nAdditional Temporary Role Expectations:\nQuickly learn department processes and systems to provide immediate operational support.\nAdapt to changing business priorities and workload demands throughout the assignment.\nMaintain flexibility to support special projects and operational needs as assigned.\nPartner with team members to ensure seamless coverage during peak business periods.\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Supply Chain, Business or related field strongly preferred\nLean/ Six Sigma training and/or certification preferred\nProficient Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)\nExperience using PowerBI or other business intelligence and data visualization tools is a plus\nTemporary Assignment Details\nTemporary full-time position.\nSchedule may include occasional evening or weekend support.\nPosition may be eligible for extension based on business conditions and performance; however, extension is not guaranteed.\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nMasterBrand Cabinets LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
