Come see why our associates love working at MasterBrand.\nJob Description:\nLoads, unloads, and moves materials within or near the plant, yard or work site by performing the following duties.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nReads work orders or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved.\nLoads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks and shelves by hand.\nLoads materials into vehicles and installs strapping, bracing or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit.\nDeal with customers directly when loading customer pick up.\nConveys materials from storage or work sites to designated area.\nAttaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales or other containers.\nLoads truck for over the road drivers.\nStacks/stages materials on the line and in trailers.\nLifts heavy objects by hand and cleans work area, machines and equipment to assist machine operators.\nOperate industrial fork truck to assist in loading or moving materials and products.\nParticipates and contributes to a Work Team environment and follows Quality Control checks.\nFollows all Safety Rules and contributes to a safe work environment.\nOther duties may be assigned as necessary.\nQualifications\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nAbility to read measurement tools.\nAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.\nAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.\nPhysical Demands\nAbility to lift, bend, push, pull, and move materials up to or exceeding 50 lbs.\nAbility to stand or walk an entire shift (can be 8-10 hours)\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nMasterBrand Cabinets LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
