You will translate product strategy and roadmap objectives into well-defined epics, user stories, and defects, providing clear direction to Agile development teams. In this role, you will guide the delivery of high-quality software solutions, ensuring development efforts remain aligned with product priorities, customer needs, and business goals while supporting the successful execution of the product roadmap.\nHow You’ll Drive Success\nTeam Leadership and Product Quality\nChampion the team in building high-quality products that meet customer needs. \nProven ability to partner with developers to deliver results in a timely, agile manner. \nRequirements and User Stories\nWork with Product Managers and other stakeholders to identify business needs and define requirements for the product features through the development of user stories.\nEffectively present product ideas, strategies, and designs to internal and external stakeholders.\nAgile Development\nWork with nominated scrum team to develop and deliver new features using best practice agile development methodologies.\nCreate and maintain prioritized and detailed work item backlogs which accurately reflect customer and business priorities.\nPro-actively work with QC and Tech Service in the support of the Mastercam community and management of requests for software changes through Digital.AI Agility.\nProject Visibility and Validation\nProvide proactive, clear visibility of progress towards completion of assigned projects.\nWork to understand and pro-actively validate new features with internal and external stakeholders.\nWork with Product Owner team to provide insight and contribute to long-term roadmaps and overall release planning.\nProduct Promotion\nWork with PO team and other departments to promote product and support the Mastercam community. Activities include, but are not limited to, Reseller conferences, Trade shows, Open houses, Reseller and Customer visits, Rollout meetings, Mastercam forum, and other social media interactions.\nProfessional Development\nParticipate in applicable professional, technical, and career development training (to include attainment of associated qualifications where required).\nMay perform other duties as directed.\nThe Talents We’re Seeking\nRequired Skills\nBachelor’s Degree in engineering related discipline, or equivalent experience required. \nCertified Scrum Product Owner preferred. \n6 - 9 years' experience in a technical CAD/CAM environment in Product Management. \nPractical experience and clear understanding of modern software development methodologies (preferably in an Agile environment) \nPreferred Skills\nCreative, critical, analytical, and effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with an above average ability to assess risks. \nProven ability to multi-task and stay organized while projecting a positive outward demeanor, and to work independently, with self-direction, to complete tasks and projects in a pro-active manner. \nProven time management skills and the ability to work and lead in a team environment successfully supporting others. \nAbove average communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide accurate and timely information in a succinct and easy to understand manner. \nWho We Are\nAt Mastercam, we do not just keep pace with manufacturing-we set the pace.
