This role also ensures efficient system administration, including user access, roles, profiles, and permission sets. The position requires expertise in Salesforce administration and reporting tools, ensuring proper system access and timely resolution of support cases.\n\nHow You'll Drive Success\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nAct as tier one support for Digital Enablement managing, resolving, and escalating support cases accordingly within the Salesforce platform.\nManage user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings to ensure compliance and efficiency.\nTroubleshoot system issues, provide user support, and ensure smooth adoption of new Salesforce features.\nStay up to date with Salesforce releases and industry best practices, proactively recommending enhancements to Digital Enablement team.\nDocument configurations, processes, and best practices to support team knowledge-sharing and compliance.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\n\nThe Talents We're Seeking\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.\nSalesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201); Advanced Administrator (ADM-211) is highly preferred.\n1 – 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong focus on case management and resolution.\nExperience using Service Cloud – managing cases and troubleshooting reported issues.\nProficiency in managing users, roles, profiles, and permission sets in Salesforce.\nStrong experience with reports, dashboards, and data analysis within Salesforce.\n\nRequired Skills\nAbove average communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide accurate and timely information in a succinct and easy to understand manner.\nDetail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and system integrity.\nProven time management skills and a track record of working in a team environment successfully supporting others.\nWell-organized, attention to detail and able to multi-task.\nProblem solving and analysis skills.\n\nWho We Are\nAt Mastercam, we do not just keep pace with manufacturing—we set the pace.
