We work closely with financial institutions, fintechs, merchants, government stakeholders, and internal cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, deepen customer relationships, and accelerate market development.\nThe team is looking for an Analyst, Business Development to support the execution of Mastercard's business growth strategy in Vietnam. The successful candidate will provide analytical, commercial, and operational support to the country business development team, helping identify growth opportunities, prepare client proposals, monitor portfolio performance, and support strategic initiatives that strengthen Mastercard's position in the market.\nRole\nThe Analyst, Business Development will:\nSupport the execution of business development plans aligned with Mastercard's Vietnam market objectives.\nConduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.\nAnalyze portfolio performance and prepare business insights, dashboards, reports, and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.\nAssist in the development of client presentations, business cases, proposals, and commercial agreements.\nSupport relationship management activities with banks, fintechs, merchants, government entities, and strategic partners.\nCoordinate with internal teams including Product, Marketing, Finance, Franchise, Legal, and Customer Delivery to support client initiatives and project execution.\nTrack pipeline opportunities, revenue performance, and key business metrics.\nMaintain accurate records of client opportunities, account plans, and business development activities.\nSupport the preparation of executive reviews, business updates, and strategic planning discussions.\nContribute to special projects that drive market expansion, innovation, customer engagement, and payment ecosystem development.\nAssist in identifying process improvements that enhance efficiency and client experience.\nEnsure compliance with Mastercard policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.\nAll About You\nThe ideal candidate for this position should:\nHave experience in business development, sales support, product management, consulting, strategy, financial services, payments, fintech, or a related field.\nPossess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.\nDemonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.\nBe comfortable preparing executive-level presentations, reports, and business recommendations.\nHave strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.\nDemonstrate attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nBe proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
