The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.\nRole\nIn this position, you will:\nsupport the month end close activities for revenue recognition and reporting, including intercompany reconciliation as well as any accruals or reclasses required,\nprepare short-term revenue, expenses and key drivers forecasts and budgets, monitor their execution, as well as comment on variances,\npartner with the Sales team to monitor individual customer performance and identify business risks and opportunities,\nmonitor the correctness and completenes of customers’ rebates and incentives amounts,\ncooperate with other team memebers on billing in order to prevent any revenue leakage,\nmanage local bank account/ petty cash - payment and reporting,\nassure that financial policies and procedures are being followed,\nmonitor compliance with local rules and regulations,\nsupport Finance Director in ad hoc reporting and other financial activities.\nAll About You\nUniversity Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics,\nFluent in Polish and English,\nPrior internships or experience in Finance will be a advantage,\nWorking knowledge of financial systems and applications (e.g. Hyperion, Oracle),\nVery good MS Excel knowledge\nCorporate Security Responsibility\nEvery person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security.
