In this role, you will be responsible for proactive monitoring of critical business and operational KPIs, investigating alerts and production issues, analyzing large datasets, identifying trends and anomalies, and supporting incident management activities.\nThe ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with monitoring and reporting tools, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production support environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring service reliability, operational excellence, and timely resolution of incidents impacting business-critical services.\nKey Responsibilities\nKPI Monitoring & Operational Support\nProactively monitor applications, platforms, services, and key business KPIs using established monitoring tools.\nMonitor production environments to detect anomalies, performance degradation, service disruptions, and operational issues.\nInvestigate alerts, incidents, and service failures and take appropriate actions based on defined procedures.\nEnsure timely escalation and communication of critical issues to relevant stakeholders.\nSupport 24x7 operational monitoring through rotational shift coverage.\nTroubleshooting & Incident Management\nPerform detailed troubleshooting and root cause analysis of production incidents.\nAnalyze application logs, system behavior, and performance metrics to identify underlying issues.\nCollaborate with Engineering, Product, Data, Infrastructure, and Support teams to drive incident resolution.\nParticipate in incident bridges, production support calls, and post-incident reviews.\nDocument findings, corrective actions, and preventive recommendations.\nAnalytics & Reporting\nAnalyze data using SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, Splunk, and Excel to identify trends, patterns, and operational insights.\nDevelop and maintain dashboards, visualizations, reports, and performance scorecards.\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for stakeholders and leadership teams.\nConvert analytical findings into actionable recommendations that improve operational performance and KPI health.\nMonitoring Automation & Continuous Improvement\nCreate and maintain Splunk searches, dashboards, reports, and automated alerts.\nEnhance monitoring capabilities by identifying opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.\nTrack recurring incidents and recommend process improvements to reduce incident management frameworks and operational best practices.\nExperience working within Agile or DevOps environments.\nExposure to financial services, fintech, payment processing, or data-driven operational environments is a plus.\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor's Degree in any field.\n1-3 years of experience in analytics, monitoring, production support, operations, or incident management roles.\nHands-on experience with Excel, SQL and data analysis tools preferred.\nShift Requirement\nThis position requires participation in a 24x7 rotational shift model, including weekends, public
