We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution. Our Advisors & Consulting Services team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard’s rich data assets, proprietary platforms, and technologies to provide clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations. Our teams work with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and restaurants.\nRole Purpose\nProvide end-to-end project management and delivery support across multiple business initiatives with minimal supervision, tracking metrics, handling complex analyses, and preparing communications to report back to client and internal leadership. The role will develop practical recommendations, contribute to team discussions on implications of analyses, and work alongside the client’s staff on each project, assisting with implementation tasks.\nSupport the development of a differentiated merchant network across Dining, Lifestyle, Travel, Entertainment and Cardholder Benefits programs. Cover merchant sourcing, onboarding, offer management and ongoing program coordination.\nKey Responsibilities\nClient Impact\nProvide input on multiple small and large high-value projects across a range of industries and problem statements\nContribute proven, accredited change skills, domain experience, and delivery methodology to help clients drive measurable value\nCollaborate with Mastercard team to understand clients’ needs, challenges, agenda, and risks\nDevelop working relationship with client analysts/managers, and act as trusted and reliable partner\nIdentify resources and assign responsibilities, track, and forecast effort and report on expense vs. earned value\nTeam Collaboration & Culture\nCollaborate with senior project delivery consultants to implement strategically important assets and services\nIndependently coordinate a complex range of activities and effectively identify and proactively solution risks and impacts on timelines\nLead internal and client meetings with strong communication skills\nContribute to the firm's intellectual capital and be a strong brand ambassador for Mastercard and Data & Services\nReceive mentorship from consulting leaders for professional growth and development\nVendor & Merchant Support\nManage merchant sourcing activities, including onboarding, documentation and contracting process\nMaintain merchant databases, offer inventory and partnership records\nCoordinate merchant communications, inquiries and issue resolution across internal teams and third-party vendors\nOffer Management & Marketing Coordination\nManage offer setup, including validity, redemption periods, campaign schedules, T&C, operational requirements and approvals\nCoordinate campaign launch activities, market assets and approvals\nEnsure merchant information remains updated across communication channels\nProgram Management & Operational Support\nMonitor the program against agreed timelines with trackers and status reports\nPrepare recurring performance reports to monitor redemption, utilization and merchant participation\nSupport website content updates and budgeting and invoice reconciliation\nQualifications\nRequired\n2-5 years experience in project management, operations, program coordination, marketing support or partnership administration.\nStrong project coordination, organizational and stakeholder management skills.\nProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and reporting tools.\nDetail-oriented with strong follow-up capability.\nFluency in Mandarin;
