Details\nRole:\nWork with cross functional Teams and multiple Business/Product Owners to\ncreate and update technical content\nAccountable for the successful completion of high-quality projects within the\ntechnical writing function\nEnsure updates are made to content in accordance to the CS&D writing\nstandards\nManage day-to-day writing and publishing needs to deliver content online for\nconsumption through multiple channels including Web and mobile\nProvide excellent customer service to our business partners and customers\nAuthor in XML or markdown, a tool utilized for content creation and editing\nPublish technical content to multiple platforms and output types, such as\nPDF, HTML, Wiki, and online help file generation\nAll About You:\nPossesses strong organizational and time management skills\nExhibit strong written and verbal communication skills\nTechnologically savvy, spearheading innovation through ingenuity, creativity,\nand thoughtful risks\nAdaptable to
