The Advisors Creative Desk sits within Services and is responsible for ideating and creating engaging, forward-thinking, on-brand content solutions that connect our advertising partners, platforms, and our portfolio of brands.\nAs Creative Project Coordinator you must have a passion for business growth and ensuring the seamless delivery of projects to clients. You will have a creative flair, relish working in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple project deliverables. You will have solid stakeholder management and communication skills and a clear understanding of the end-to-end process of project delivery. To excel in this role, you need to possess superior communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to tackle several creative projects simultaneously. Working knowledge of project management tools, along with superior organizational skills are a must in this position. You are also expected to possess excellent time-management skills to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.\nRole\nIndependently manage assigned creative projects from brief to final delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, budgets and quality standards are met.\nAct as the main day-to-day contact for clients and internal stakeholders, maintaining clear communication on deliverables, timelines, feedback and approvals.\nDevelop clear creative briefs by translating client requirements into actionable direction for creative, strategy and production teams.\nManage project timelines, budgets, resource requirements and dependencies, keeping project information and reporting up to date.\nCoordinate creative, strategy, copy and production teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery.\nManage client feedback, consolidate comments and provide clear direction to the creative team.\nIdentify project risks early, resolve day-to-day issues independently and escalate significant scope, timeline, budget or stakeholder risks when required.\nManage multiple small to medium-sized projects in parallel within a fast-paced, international environment.\nEnsure project scope is clearly defined and raise potential out-of-scope requests before additional work begins.\nPrepare and share regular project status updates with clients and internal stakeholders.\nEnsure project documentation, financial tracking and project management tools are accurate and up to date.\nConduct final delivery checks to confirm that agreed requirements, formats and specifications have been met.\nWork closely with senior project managers and creative leads on complex, high-value or multi-market projects.\nAll About You\nMinimum 4 years of experience in project management, account management or creative services, ideally within an advertising, marketing or creative agency environment.\nExperience independently managing creative projects from brief to delivery.\nComfortable acting as the main day-to-day contact for clients and internal stakeholders.\nStrong understanding of creative workflows, including briefing, concept development, feedback, production and final delivery.\nExperience managing project timelines, budgets, resources and competing priorities.\nAble to translate client requirements and feedback into clear and actionable direction for creative teams.\nStrong organizational, communication and stakeholder-management skills.\nAble to identify risks, solve day-to-day project issues and escalate when appropriate.\nComfortable managing several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English.\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.\nWillingness to travel as
