The Advisors Creative Desk sits within Services and is responsible for ideating and creating engaging, forward-thinking, on-brand content solutions that connect our advertising partners, platforms, and our portfolio of brands.\nAs Creative Director, GFI, this role is accountable for defining and executing the next generation creative operating model, leveraging AI, automation, global delivery and emerging technologies to increase quality, productivity, scalability and business impact across the enterprise.\nRole\nLead and inspire a high-performing creative organization supporting Advisors Creative Desk (ACD) globally, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, innovation and continuous learning.\nProvide creative leadership and oversight across projects, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality, strategically aligned work at scale.\nDrive the evolution of ACD's global delivery model, establishing scalable processes, governance frameworks and quality standards across regions and teams.\nLead the adoption of AI-enabled workflows, automation and emerging technologies to enhance creative quality, productivity, consistency and speed-to-market.\nIdentify and implement process, workflow and tooling enhancements that improve efficiency, scalability and operational performance.\nPartner with global stakeholders to understand evolving business needs, capture feedback and continuously enhance ACD's services and client experience.\nAct as a key leader within ACD's global delivery ecosystem, driving consistency, interoperability, knowledge sharing and best-practice or creative transformation in large, complex organizations.\nDemonstrated success building and scaling high-performing creative delivery organizations, operating models, and global capability centres.\nStrong expertise in AI, automation, and emerging creative technologies, with a track record of leveraging innovation to improve quality, scalability, productivity, and business outcomes.\nProven ability to lead global, multidisciplinary teams while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, continuous learning, and innovation.\nCommercially minded and results-oriented, with the ability to balance creative quality, operational efficiency, customer outcomes, and business value.\nSkilled in driving organizational change, influencing senior stakeholders, and leading transformation initiatives across matrixed environments.\nExperience developing governance frameworks, performance metrics, and delivery models that support sustainable
