We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Product Management to serve as the Data Quality & Governance Product Manager for the SBCA portfolio. This role will be accountable for establishing data quality standards, governance frameworks, and operational controls that ensure SBCA data is accurate, complete, timely, reliable, and trusted by customers.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong product management skills with deep data expertise and will partner across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success teams to drive continuous improvements in data quality and governance.\n________________________________________\nRole\nOwn the SBCA Data Quality Strategy and Roadmap\nDefine and execute the SBCA Data Quality and Governance roadmap.\nEstablish data quality standards, KPIs, scorecards, and operational objectives.\nDrive improvements in data accuracy, completeness, consistency, freshness, coverage, and match rates.\nPartner with Engineering and Data teams to implement proactive monitoring and quality controls.\nLead Data Governance & Stewardship\nDefine and maintain business definitions, data standards, governance policies, and stewardship processes.\nEnsure consistent metric definitions and data usage practices across SBCA products.\nPartner with Privacy, Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to support governance requirements.\nDrive Operational Excellence\nMonitor the health and performance of SBCA data products and data pipelines.\nImprove observability, monitoring, alerting, and incident management capabilities.\nTrack key operational metrics including match rates, data availability, data freshness, SLA attainment, and defect resolution.\nCollaborate with key internal teams to manage and resolve data quality issues including customer-impacting incidents.\nAdvocate for Customers\nAssess customer and business impact associated with quality issues.\nTranslate customer feedback into prioritized roadmap investments.\nDrive measurable improvements in customer trust, adoption, and satisfaction.\nCollaborate Across the Organization\nPartner with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Customer Success, and regional teams.\nLead governance reviews, quality forums, and operational readiness discussions.\nInfluence cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities, ownership, and remediation plans.\n________________________________________\nAll About You\nProduct Management Experience\nExperience in Product Management, Data Product Management, Data Quality, Data Governance, Analytics, or related disciplines.\nExperience owning complex initiatives that span multiple teams and stakeholders.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.\nAbility to translate technical challenges into business outcomes and product investments.\nMust Have/Required Technical Skills\nAdvanced SQL (including the ability to investigate, validate, and troubleshoot data quality issues)\nKnowledge of/experience with data quality platforms and tools, profiling, anomaly detection, drift detection, automated monitoring\nData quality KPI and scorecard development\nData pipeline & data architecture understanding\nAnalytics & root cause investigation skills\nStrongly Preferred Technical Skills\nKnowledge of Databricks , Spark, PySpark, ETL patterns, and vector databases\nPreferred Industry Experience\nFinancial Services\nCredit
