And Summary\nDirector, Country Account Management - Cote d'Ivoire (based in Cote d'Ivoire)\nOverview\nMasterCard Africa Division has a need to appoint a Director, Country Account Management to be based in Cote d'Ivoire.\nResponsible for defining a future focused strategy for Cote d'Ivoire.\nCreates an inspiring vision and innovative business strategy to accelerate market growth and profitable market share\nEstablishes partnerships with customers, regulators, government and stakeholders and is seen as a Thought Leader and Industry Expert in the market.\nDevelops the sales pipeline, coordinating with product development and account management teams\nBe the responsible “face of MasterCard” to the prospect/customer through high level interactions with key stakeholders such as senior bank executives, country regulatory contacts, representatives of marketing and card vendors as well as third party processing companies.\nParticipate in high-level, interactive conversations with key decision makers around new or emerging product opportunities\nAnalyze customers’ existing business through profitability modeling, financial forecasting and competitive analysis and recommend opportunities for additional revenue\nDevelop long-term growth strategies to optimize mutual profitability across debit and credit business lines\nWork with virtual team of MC subject matter experts to strategically articulate value propositions to close new business opportunities\nDevelop financial modeling and business cases for identified opportunities\nOwns the P&L and country goals, driving revenue growth, market share and diversification of Mastercard’s products and solutions\nMonitors regulatory framework that may influence country operations and ensures compliance is maintained\nEstablishes a reputation as an industry expert on payments technology ecosystem and is an ambassador for Mastercard\nExecute and manage the customer contract agreement process, ensuring
