The role acts as a trusted advisor, connector and facilitator, ensuring senior leadership time is focused on the highest-value opportunities, risks and outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities\nStrategic Alignment and Execution\nPartner with the President and Division Leadership Team to translate strategic priorities into clear plans, actions and measurable outcomes.\nDrive high-priority strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects from conception to delivery, ensuring accountability, timely execution and visible impact.\nMonitor relevant market developments, identifying emerging risks, opportunities and implications for the division.\nLeadership Team Operating Rhythm\nOwn and continuously improve the Division Leadership Team’s operating cadence, ensuring meetings are purposeful, action-oriented and tied to business priorities.\nLead the planning, design and facilitation of Leadership Team meetings, annual planning processes and strategy reviews.\nTrack decisions, actions and follow-through to strengthen execution discipline and leadership alignment.\nExecutive Reporting, Briefings and Communications\nOwn executive-level reporting, business updates, scorecards and leadership communications for internal and external audiences.\nPrepare briefing materials, talking points, meeting objectives and follow-up actions for executive client meetings, strategic customer engagements, industry events and speaking opportunities.\nDevelop leadership communication strategies that increase transparency, connectivity and employee understanding of organisational priorities.\nData Strategy\nEnsure the division has a clear data strategy that equips the Division Leadership Team and broader teams with the data, analytics and insights needed to monitor market trends, understand customer performance and inform strategic decision-making.\nDrive alignment on divisional data priorities, working across relevant teams to strengthen the quality, accessibility and effective use of data and insights.\nCommercial Strategy and Pricing\nEstablish and oversee an effective market-level process for managing pricing proposals, working with Account Teams, Product Teams and Customer Economics to ensure proposals are robust, coordinated and progressed efficiently.\nEnsure the customer and Division P&L impacts of pricing proposals are clearly understood and that proposals are aligned with applicable regulatory requirements.\nDrive the UK&I commercial strategy, identifying and enabling opportunities to generate material, sustainable incremental revenue for the division.\nPeople Leadership\nProvide people leadership for the Pricing & Commercial Strategy Manager and Data Strategy & Analytics Manager, setting clear direction, expectations and priorities.\nSupport team effectiveness and development by coaching individuals, strengthening capability and creating clarity on ownership, deliverables and ways of working.\nEnsure the work of your direct reports is well connected to divisional priorities, leadership decision-making and the broader UK&I strategic agenda.\nCulture and Ways of Working\nFoster a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving across the division.\n• Build strong relationships across senior stakeholders, business partners and cross-functional teams to
