Whilst this individual is not expected to be a subject matter expert in the payment cards industry, they will demonstrate expertise in consulting sales management experience and professional problem-solving skills.\nRole / Responsibilities\nIdentify and develop new business relationships, converting qualified sales opportunities into tangible revenue outcomes\nLead end-to-end sales efforts from research and storyboarding to client presentations and contract signing\nEnsuring product development efforts meet the needs of clients in Taiwan / Hong Kong / Macau\nDevelop relevant and value-creating analysis and insight for our clients\nBuild strategies, propositions & operating models independently or as part of a consulting team\nApply a range of quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques to rigorously identify client issues\nSynthesize analysis into clear, sound proposals and recommendations, taking responsibility for structuring and writing reports and steering committee presentations to high accuracy and quality standards\nFor small to medium engagements, assumes overall project management responsibilities for projects; identifies project staffing resources. Develops, defines and reviews required analyses\nDevelop effective working relationships with mid to senior level client management\nImplements/communicates strategies to achieve goals, acts as advisor to and maintains ongoing relationships with client executives.\nProactively seek new knowledge and skills and facilitate the development of intellectual capital\nSupport MasterCard Advisors and local market account teams in client relationship management and business development effort\nThe position will be based in Taiwan / Hong Kong and will require occasional travel within Greater China Area\nAll about you / Experience\nSales / Business development experiences in top rated firms\nAbility to develop compelling sales narratives in influencing sales closure\nDemonstrated ability to initiate, develop, and close a sale\nHighest level of self-motivation with a hunting-attitude\nExcellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in Mandarin and English language\nStrong analytical, interpretive and problem solving skills, including the proven ability to interpret large amounts of data, some of it ambiguous, and translate it into concise rational output that includes recommendations based upon core findings.\nStrong presence & communication skills - both interpersonal & written\nBachelors degree or equivalent qualification.
