readiness, and production support.\nAI-enabled Engineering & Modern Delivery\nDrive modern PDLC/SDLC practices across planning, design, build, test, deploy, operate, and continuous improvement.\nApply AI responsibly across the engineering lifecycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, operations, and productivity improvement.\nAdvance automation, CI/CD, observability, reusable frameworks, secure coding, performance testing, and cloud-ready engineering patterns.\nModern, Fungible Engineering Organization\nBuild a flexible, fungible engineering organization with outcomes.\nAll About You\nExperience leading software engineering teams that build and operate mission-critical, scalable platforms.\nStrong technical depth across software design, architecture, APIs, distributed systems, data platforms, cloud-native engineering, testing, and secure development.\nExperience improving engineering maturity through automation, CI/CD, observability, incident learning, vulnerability management, and developer productivity practices.\nHands-on familiarity with AI-enabled engineering practices across PDLC/SDLC activities.\nStrong understanding of quality gates, secure development, test automation, code review, release readiness, and production support.\nSound judgment balancing modernization, feature delivery, technical debt, operational risk, resilience, cost, and regulatory expectations.\nAbility to develop high-performing, diverse, and flexible engineering teams in a global, matrixed environment.\nClear communicator who can explain technology strategy, delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs to senior leaders and engineering teams.\nTrack record of coaching engineers and managers, building succession depth, raising standards, and
