outcomes.\nRequired Skills and Experience\n7+ years of full stack engineering experience in an agile production environment\n2+ years managing two or more engineering teams and coaching and mentoring emerging leaders\nExperience leading the architecture, design, implementation, and release of complex products and applications that spans across multiple engineering teams\nStrong backend engineering experience using languages such as Java, Kotlin, Python, Scala, or similar technologies\nFamiliarity with cloud technologies and platforms, including but not limited to AWS EMR, Aurora, Databricks, and Snowflake, used to build and scale data-intensive applications\nStrong technologist with proven track record of learning new technologies and frameworks\nRelentless focus on and track record of
