This is an exciting opportunity to support Mastercard Multi Centre Strategy, in support of a Mastercard business, which provides Critical National Infrastructure to the UK.

The Mastercard UK company that enables the payments of 90% of salaries, 70% of utility bills, most ATM transactions and every cheque cleared in the UK.

We provide services to over 60 million citizens, and the UK private, public and third sectors.

In 2024, we processed 14 billion transactions, with a value of more than £10 trillion.

The Mastercard UK companies products include Bacs Direct Credits, Bacs Direct Debits, Faster Payments, the LINK ATM network for cash withdrawals, and the Image Clearing Service (ICS) that supports cheque clearing.

Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join Mastercard as an Enterprise Change & Insights Manager. Working in a SAFe Agile environment, this role plays a key part in enabling and delivering value efficiently and sustainably, with a strong focus on agile ways of working, continuous improvement, and actionable insights.

The ideal candidate is curious, motivated, and eager to learn-someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about enabling seamless change delivery and insights for colleagues and customers.

Role Summary

The Enterprise Change & Insights Manager will support the planning, coordination and delivery of enterprise-wide change initiatives, helping to modernise reporting, and drive a culture of AI enabled automation, continuous improvement and innovation in line with organisational priorities.

This is a hands-on delivery role requiring strong organisational, analytical and communication skills will contribute to initiative planning, requirements development, stakeholder engagement, documentation, reporting and user readiness activities, while applying agile ways of working and continuous improvement practices to support effective business change. A key part of the role is interpreting information from multiple sources, identifying trends, risks and opportunities, and turning analysis into practical, actionable insights that support informed decision-making.

Accountabilities Summary

  • Support the planning, coordination and delivery of change initiatives or workstreams of moderate complexity using agile methodologies.
  • A curiosity around AI technology, tools and operating model opportunities
  • Analyse delivery data, stakeholder feedback, risks and performance indicators to define early indicator triggers, identify trends, root causes, emerging issues and opportunities to apply AI and automation to streamline workflows and deliver efficiency.
  • Translate analysis into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that help stakeholders prioritise activity, make informed decisions and improve delivery outcomes.
  • Prepare and maintain change documentation, dashboards, reports, plans and stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate reviews, revisions, enhancements, testing, documentation and implementation activities, including user acceptance testing where required.
  • Contribute to agile ceremonies, workshops and feedback sessions, promoting continuous improvement and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Support agile methodology compliance, identify barriers to successful delivery, and coordinate resolution or escalation of issues as appropriate.
  • Provide input into business processes, standards, plans and service improvements to support effective delivery and sustainable change outcomes.

Experience and Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Typically 3-5 years’ experience in change management frameworks or large scale/complex transformation programs.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to interpret complex information, identify risks, issues, dependencies, trends and practical resolution options.
  • Strong background in data visualisation (e.g., Power BI), analytical insight generation, and data driven reporting
  • Ability to convert data, delivery information and stakeholder feedback into concise, evidence-based insights, recommendations and actions for different audiences.
  • Experience developing business and functional requirements, supporting design and testing activities, and working with technology or delivery teams through the delivery lifecycle.
  • Strong planning, organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
  • Effective interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across business, technology and delivery teams.
  • Foundational understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, with enthusiasm for applying agile principles to change delivery.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and collaboration tools; exposure to Jira, MS365 or similar platforms would be beneficial.

• Self-starter who is curious, proactive, adaptable and comfortable working with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.
