Product, engineering, and data teams work together to deliver secure, governed, production-ready intelligence solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.\nRole Summary\nWe are looking for a Lead Product Manager - Technical within our Advisors & Transformation group to partner closely with business, product, AI, data, and engineering partners to elaborate technical requirements that meet product business requirements and align with Mastercard technology standards. The PM-T will build a strong knowledge of the Advisors & Transformation group and the work that they do to help accelerate the transformation of consulting through AI and technology.\nThis is a highly collaborative role that will require close partnership with enterprise and services teams including enterprise AI, data governance, corporate security, compliance, sourcing, and consulting business teams. Success will be, been part of team building shared capabilities into scalable, day-to-day productivity and commercialization solutions supporting thousands of advisors and consultants.\nRoles and Responsibilities\nAs a Lead Product Manager Technical, you will:\nPerform Analysis of existing work flows for various projects in the advisory & consultancy space.\nClose partnership with key stakeholders, understanding the business asks and translating that into technical requirements for development teams\nClear communication of technical requirements to the development team and development concerns to business stakeholders. The PM-T speaks the language of software development and product management.\nEnsure correct requirements are defined to help integrate large language models, AI services, agent frameworks, workflow engines, knowledge bases, and orchestration platforms.\nIdentify key dependencies and knock-on impacts of new development work.\nCollaborate with development staff on software designs.\nAct as a technical consultant for Business Owners during implementation of new products/services.\nLead review sessions of technical requirements.\nHelp lead AI Adoption across the group with tools like Claude, CoPilot, CoWork\nRequired Skills and Experience\n5+ years in a similar role.\nExperience managing products, programs, or technology services.\nAbility to align customer needs with product roadmaps.\nSkilled at defining objectives, success metrics, and business outcomes.\nExperience translating customer use cases into prioritized, testable backlogs.\nAnalyze ambiguous business challenges, collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine requirements, and translate them into clear technical solutions and delivery plans.\nEnd-to-end software delivery and customer onboarding experience.\nAbility to coordinate across engineering teams, product, consultancy, vendors, and multiple locations.\nStrong prioritization, organization, and execution skills.\nComfortable balancing competing demands while maintaining momentum and transparency.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nCan explain complex technical concepts to business and governance stakeholders.\nStrong facilitation skills for workshops, training, and problem-solving sessions.\nAbility to mentor and guide junior team members.\nHigh degree of initiative, ownership, and self-motivation.\nCollaborative mindset with a focus on engineering excellence\nExperience building or integrating solutions using:\nLarge Language Models (LLMs)\nAI services\nAgent
