In this role you will be part of a team responsible for our relationship with one or more customers.\nRole\nYou will be in a team responsible for the entire management of one or more our important customers. You will also support sales activities towards new potential customers (Financial Institutions)\nYou are expected to develop, implement and own the annual and long-term customer strategy that enhances customer profitability, competitive leverage and deliver on the targeted business goals\nYour primary focus will be to develop and grow the partnership and at the same time achieve the targeted budget by ensuring an effective collaborative and value driven relationship model\nYou are expected to build, manage and develop the business relationship with the organization of the customer, and manage sale of our extensive products and services offering.\nYou will also support development of sales strategies and execute on related activities for prospective customers.\nAccountability\nOwn and develop the short and long-term planning cycle / process\nContribute to the development and where appropriate own customer growth strategies that proactively develop the card business and optimize mutual profitability.\nSuccessfully manage financial performance by ensuring that all target metrics are met.\nWork with the Business Development group to define sales pipeline and help initiate the sales process for agreed payment solutions.\nAct aspoint of contact between Mastercard and the customer by ensuring strategic alignment, collaborative interaction, CRM optimization and maximum mutual success in achieving goals and objectives.\nMonitor and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction\nDevelop as well as manage relationships between internal Mastercard partners including business development, marketing, commerce development, customer delivery, product, Advisors, legal, compliance, security, etc. in order to ensure cross-functional alignment and correct support for the customer.\nUnderstand and leverage best practices across key industry and business benchmarks.\nAll About You\nDemonstrated success in sales/relationship roles\nDemonstrated revenue management and P&L experience\nDemonstrated success in customer/sales roles\nStrong analytical and diagnostic capabilities\nSuperior interpersonal and communications skills\nSelf starter, independent operator and highly proactive\nDemonstrated success in strategic/conceptual thinking\nStrong sales management skills, development and execution experience\nCredible and ready to manage discussions with management internally and externally.\nExperience in identifying strategic opportunities and of managing multiple stakeholders.\nPreferably strong knowledge of payments and/or financial services
