The person will be responsible for driving Mastercard Services marketing initiatives in the region. This role will align marketing strategies with regional product growth objectives to drive revenue generation and market development.\nAs a B2B Marketing Manager, you will work with local and global marketing teams to generate demand for Mastercard’s solutions beyond cards - in the areas of Agentic Commerce, Data & Insights, Personalization, Loyalty, Business Experimentation, Fraud & Financial Crime, Advisory, Risk, Marketing Services, and Sponsorship Assets. Collaborating with the local and global marketing teams, product marketing, sales, and business development, you will work to develop and execute campaigns targeting mid- and bottom-funnel engagement. These campaigns will leverage a broad mix of marketing tactics including field marketing, digital, and content with the goal of driving leads to the local sales and account management teams. You will represent the regional and local marketing needs, back to the global marketing team, to facilitate understanding of what is needed to be successful in the market.\nThis role requires a person who can be both collaborative with other teams, while at the same time driving marketing initiatives forward to completion with operational excellence. You will need to manage multiple projects and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. We value the ability to grow together, move fast, and create value for our customers and stakeholders.\nRole:\nExecute marketing campaigns on behalf of Mastercard Services.\nCoordinate and partner with the country and regional business owners, marketing teams, and sales teams on joint demand generation initiatives that drive ROI.\nPlan and manage regional hosted customer and partner facing events, trade shows, and other in-person marketing activations to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.\nDesign and execute email nurture, social media, and content syndication campaigns to support Mastercard thought leadership distribution and lead generation across various digital channels\nCollaborate with Partner Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Business Development leads to execute joint campaigns.\nWork closely with sales teams to optimize the marketing/sales lead handoff to ensure lead handling SLAs (service level agreements) are being met.\nAll About You:\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, performing in marketing for a portfolio of successful customer acquisition programs using field, digital and content marketing tactics.\nEvent organization experience and familiarity with event management best practices is required.\nExperience in email & digital marketing is preferred.\nExcellent written and oral communication skills in English.
