You will influence and inspire a global community of employees, volunteers, and leaders while driving programs that enhance employee engagement, learning and development, onboarding, and social impact.\nThe ideal candidate has:\nProven ability to inspire, influence, and mobilize people around cultural activities across functions and geographies without direct authority\nExperience with internal communications, event planning, and project management within a global organization\nStrong partnering skills with senior leaders and executive stakeholders\nPassion for building exceptional employee experiences and workplace culture\nExperience managing cross-functional programs in a matrixed organization\nIn this role, you will:\nLead the GBSC Culture Network, including volunteer recruitment, governance, planning, and success measurement across committees\nDrive culture initiatives that support employee engagement, onboarding, learning and development, and social impact\nPartner with committee leaders, sponsors, and subject matter experts to develop and execute programs globally\nCreate compelling communications and presentations that promote culture, drive participation, and showcase impact\nTrack participation and engagement metrics, analyze employee feedback, and recommend improvements\nSupport town halls, panel discussions, and other internal communications events\nAlign GBSC culture initiatives with broader Mastercard priorities and serve as a GBSC culture ambassador internally and externally\nAll About You\nExperience leading culture, employee engagement, internal communications, or employee experience programs\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics and influence diverse audiences\nExcellent project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously\nStrong executive presence and stakeholder management skills\nAbility to analyze data and translate insights into meaningful recommendations\nSkilled storyteller with an eye for visual communications\nStrong relationship builder who collaborates effectively across organizational levels\nDetail oriented, innovative, and continually seeking new ways to improve employee experience through process improvements, automation, and AI\n• Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or related field;
