We help our customers acquire, engage, and retain customers with end-to-end services and platforms solutions.\nRole\nThe Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) team focuses on products and solutions that address dynamic market needs. We are seeking a Regional Manager - Divisional Product for North LAC, to oversee sales enablement with innovative Marketing and Personalization solutions, go-to-market strategies and the product strategy of key CA&E Solutions and Platforms, including Marketing and Personalization.\nKey Responsibilities\nDrive Growth: Lead the expansion of the CA&E business across North LAC by understanding the market needs to build a differentiated go to market strategy considering advance Digital Marketing and Personalization solutions.\nMarket Intelligence: Analyze and understand competing solutions and market trends to position Mastercard’s offerings effectively.\nEnablement Materials: Produce compelling sales tools, trainings and resources for key stakeholders.\nTailored Product Narratives: Customize product messaging for diverse customer markets and segments depending on the needs.\nSales Support: Contribute to key client RFPs and other forms of customers commercial proposals.\nScalable
