Role Purpose
Lead commercialization, go-to-market, and growth of a co-badge credit portfolio in the UAE. Define product tiers, CVPs, pricing and interchange inputs; drive issuer adoption; manage engagement key ecosystem stakeholders; and support successful launch and scale-up of co-badged credit card programs that grow portfolio size, spend activation and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Portfolio Management
- Define the co-badge credit product strategy, roadmap, tier architecture, pricing/CVP inputs and interchange approach with Business Development and central product teams.
- Align product plans with Mastercard regional objectives, UAE market dynamics, regulatory requirements and issuer/customer needs.
- Monitor adoption, spend behaviour, profitability and portfolio performance to refine strategy and investment priorities.
Consumer Value Proposition (CVP) Development
- Design differentiated CVPs across mass, affluent, premium and ultra-premium tiers in collaboration with central product teams.
- Develop benefit frameworks spanning travel, lounge access, dining, entertainment, rewards, cashback, digital/e-commerce, insurance and protection.
- Build business cases, ROI assessments and recommendations for new benefits and proposition enhancements.
Partnership Management
- Act as the product lead for partner engagement, aligning product standards, customer experience, branding and acceptance strategies.
- Identify strategic partnership opportunities and coordinate joint product development, launch plans, governance forums and market expansion activities.
Issuer Engagement & Product Customization
- Partner with issuing banks to develop customized propositions aligned with issuer customer strategies and scheme guidelines.
- Advise issuers on segmentation, rewards, pricing, benefit optimization, acquisition opportunities and launch strategies through workshops and client engagement.
Product Commercialization & Go-to-Market
- Lead end-to-end product and customized CVP commercialization of co-badge credit products from concept to market launch.
- Support Business Development team to develop go-to-market strategies for specific issuers and strategic merchants.
- Support business development efforts through product positioning, client presentations, and solution selling.
- Work with Central Product team to create sales enablement materials, product guides, competitive analyses, and commercialization toolkits.
- Track pipeline opportunities and support issuer acquisition and conversion activities.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with central product, Cardholder Services and partnership teams; issuing banks; Mastercard Account Management; Loyalty and Services teams; and Finance and Pricing teams.
- Influence senior internal and external stakeholders to secure alignment on strategic product initiatives.
Performance Management
- Define product KPIs and success metrics.
- Monitor portfolio growth, new card issuance, spend and activation, revenue performance, benefit utilization and customer engagement.
- Develop recommendations to improve product economics and cardholder value.
- Provide regular performance reporting and strategic recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications & Experience
- Deep understanding of consumer credit card products, portfolio economics, rewards, and loyalty programs.
- Experience developing and managing premium and mass-market card propositions
- Demonstrated ability to build product strategies, business cases, and commercialization plans
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior client and internal audiences
- Proven track record of launching and scaling payment or card product
