The third parties may be managed by MasterCard, by a customer, or in some cases by another Vendor.\nRole-Project Management duties include:\nCustomer project oversight, project assignments, problem resolution, and reporting. Design, develop, test, and implement new customer tools, training, and documentation.\nAccountable for managing projects with customers to ensure compliance to product & program objectives. Will use Implementation Plans and other forms of written correspondence\nCoordinate data mapping, file mapping, and connectivity exercises to ensure requirements meet the technical implementation solution\nAll about you-Experience/Knowledge:\nExtended knowledge of data processing standards and financial industry/banking operations practices\nFamiliar with connectivity methods using proprietary software solutions or public solutions using the Internet\nFamiliar with Debit, Credit, and Prepaid programs\nAbility to oversee complex data mapping projects and various file transfer protocols\nPreferred:\nFamiliar with Loyalty/Rewards programs\nAbility to understand and consult on a variety of Rewards/Incentive programs\nSpanish & English Required- Portuguese Preferred\nKnowledge of Website design and HTTP protocol\nFinancial industry Processor experience\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in business, information technology or equivalent work experience\nMasters preferred\nPMP-Certified a plus\nTechnical Skills:\nStrong Project Management skills used in a customer facing role\nProficient with MS Office Suite, SharePoint, HTTP protocol\nWorking knowledge of the TCP/IP communication protocol and applications such as Telnet and FTP that use TCP. TCP/IP troubleshooting skills\nWorking knowledge of PC's, Servers and Network structures\nData/File Mapping skills with predefined layouts (ISO Standard and Proprietary)\nSoft Skills:\nAbility to clearly communicate\nAbility to establish clear project expectations in written and verbal format\nAbility to identify “big-picture” ideas and translate them into detailed work plans\nAbility to document and share specific project information- to the customer and at times internal teams\nHighly organized with the ability to have multiple unrelated topics/projects open at the same time\nBe an advocate for process improvement opportunities\nAbility to positively influence other team members working on your projects\nAbility to organize thoughts in written format to use with customers, internal trainings and share with others\nAbility to coach other team members on complex processes troubleshooting and resolution\nAbility to deliver presentations to technical and managerial
