They provide market and business level insights to Issuing & Acquiring Banks, Merchants and Government. The breadth of services span across Strategy, Digital, AI, Marketing, Analytics, Fraud and Risk Management.\nThe Managing Consultant / Manager, Services Business Development is part of the South Asia Business Development team focussing on Retail and Commerce as vertical.\nAs a key team member, the person will be responsible for customer engagement at Senior Management level and for driving Services Business Development. The person will also be involved in review of projects delivered by project delivery team.\nRole\nManaging the Sales Process\nEngage with account management teams and internal teams to assess client needs and translate into a services proposal\nPreparation of sales presentations for clients\nLead pitches from storyboarding and engage through face-to-face / virtual interactions\nManage the sales process from first discussions to contract signed\nOversee project delivery and participate in key meetings to ensure successful completion over and above what was promised to clients\nEnsuring continuous and expanded follow-on work\nBuild relationship and become trusted advisors with senior/executive level clients\nProvide regular updates on sales and revenue tracking to leadership\nAll About You\nConsulting experience from a top-rated consulting firm or Payments / cards experience with a Bank or Merchant;
