This individual must be comfortable operating in complex, highly technical environments while maintaining a relentless focus on customer value, business outcomes, and execution excellence.\nProduct Strategy & Roadmap:\nDefine and manage product vision, roadmap, and requirements for strategic payment platform initiatives.\nIdentify customer, operational, and market opportunities that can be translated into scalable product capabilities.\nPartner with Product Managers and business stakeholders to evaluate product investments using quantitative and qualitative data.\nDrive prioritization decisions based on customer impact, business value, risk, and delivery feasibility.\nDevelop short-term and long-term product strategies aligned with organizational objectives.\nProduct Development & Execution:\nLead end-to-end product development from concept through launch and adoption.\nCreate clear business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and success metrics.\nWork closely with Engineering, Architecture, Operations, and Technical Product Managers throughout the product lifecycle.\nManage product backlogs and roadmap execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.\nFacilitate trade-off discussions and drive timely decision making across complex cross-functional programs.\nStakeholder Management & Leadership:\nInfluence senior leaders, engineering teams, and cross-functional partners to align around product vision and priorities.\nPresent product strategy, roadmap progress, business cases, risks, and recommendations to executive stakeholders.\nCoordinate across global teams, regional partners, and operations organizations to ensure successful solution delivery.\nAct as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for payment network products and platform capabilities.\nData-Driven Decision Making:\nDefine and monitor product KPIs, adoption metrics, operational performance indicators, and business outcomes.\nLeverage data analytics to identify opportunities, assess product performance, and drive prioritization decisions.\nCreate executive-ready presentations, dashboards, business cases, and strategic recommendations.\nUtilize analytical insights to continuously optimize product performance and customer experience.\nAI & Innovation:\nApply AI-powered tools and techniques to improve product discovery, requirements management, decision-making, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes.\nIdentify opportunities to embed AI capabilities into payment products, operational workflows, or customer-facing solutions.\nLeverage modern AI tools in day-to-day product management activities, including research, analysis, documentation, planning, and stakeholder communications.\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience:\n6-10 years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, Technical Product Management, or related disciplines.\nProven experience building and launching customer-facing digital products, payment products, or platform capabilities.\nDemonstrated ownership of product roadmaps and delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives.\nExperience partnering directly with Engineering, Architects, Operations, and Business stakeholders.\nDomain Expertise (Must Have):\nStrong experience in Payments, Card Payments, Payment Processing, Issuing, Acquiring, Network Processing, Merchant Payments, Digital Payments, Fintech, or related domains.\nHands-on experience building or managing payment products, payment platforms, or digital products at scale.\nStrong understanding of payment ecosystems, transaction processing, and modern digital payment technologies.\nSkills:\nStrong product strategy and roadmap management capabilities.\nExceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.\nExcellent analytical thinking and structured problem solving.\nExperience translating business needs into technical requirements.\nStrong verbal, written, and executive communication skills.\nExperience creating executive presentations, product decks, business cases, and data-driven recommendations.\nProven ability to work effectively in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.\nAI & Analytics:\nDemonstrated hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day work.\nExperience leveraging AI capabilities for product development, customer experience, operational efficiency, or business decision making.\nAdvanced data analysis and storytelling skills using modern visualization and reporting tools.\nAbility to derive insights from large data sets and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.\nEducation\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical
