This platform will deliver a data mesh architecture, advanced technologies, and processes that enable Mastercard to scale and innovate at speed.\nWe are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to join our Data and AI Platform team. In this role, you will own the product lifecycle-from shaping strategy and defining the roadmap to partnering with engineering for execution. You will collaborate across internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful solutions that align with Mastercard’s vision for Data and AI.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDefine and execute the product roadmap for our Data and AI platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives.\nLead product development through the full lifecycle-from ideation to launch-driving innovation and measurable outcomes.\nCollaborate closely with engineering teams, participating in technical discussions and leading requirement workshops.\nUse data-driven insights to identify performance challenges, prioritize features, and optimize product adoption and revenue.\nPartner with security, compliance, and legal teams to ensure vendor solutions meet Mastercard standards.\nDrive cross-functional engagement and stakeholder alignment across multiple initiatives.\nWhat You Bring\nSeveral years of experience designing and managing data platform solutions for SaaS businesses, with expertise in multi-tenant architectures and analytics.\nHands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and familiarity with AI/ML platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake (preferred).\nDeep understanding of both on-prem and cloud data storage (Amazon S3), multi-tenancy and open architecture concept is a must have.\nExperience in building core foundation layer of complex enterprise product is an added advantage.\nPrevious experience as a data engineer or data scientist is a strong advantage, especially in building AI/ML solutions for B2B.\nProven track record as a Product Owner in Agile environments, with strong backlog management and prioritization skills.\nExceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.\nDeep understanding of the Data and AI platform landscape, architectural patterns, and emerging technologies.\nEntrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, ownership, and agility in a fast-paced environment.\nWhy Join Us?\nAt Mastercard, you’ll work on cutting-edge data and AI initiatives that shape the future of payments and digital commerce.
