The successful candidate will act as a bridge between clients, banks, vendors, regional teams, and global stakeholders, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.\nThis role requires a combination of project management, business analysis, and client-facing skills. The candidate should be comfortable discussing technical topics, reviewing specifications, understanding client requirements, and helping identify practical solutions to business and implementation challenges.\nAs part of the CHS family, the role involves close collaboration with regional and global teams, external partners, and financial institutions across the region.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage multiple technical and client-facing projects from initiation through implementation and post-launch support.\nGather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.\nUnderstand client needs and translate them into effective product and implementation solutions.\nReview and interpret technical specifications, API documentation, implementation guides, and operating procedures.\nSupport clients and banking partners throughout the implementation lifecycle and assist in resolving technical and operational issues.\nCoordinate project activities across internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.\nMonitor project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring timely escalation when required.\nFacilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.\nWork closely with regional and global colleagues to align project execution with organizational standards and strategic objectives.\nSupport testing, certification, operational readiness, and go-live activities.\nContribute to process improvements and implementation best practices.\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.\n4+ years of experience in project management, implementation management, business analysis, or a similar client-facing role.\nExperience managing technical projects involving APIs, system integrations, or payment-related solutions.\nAbility to understand and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nProfessional proficiency in English (written and spoken).\nPreferred\nExperience within payments, banking, fintech, card products, loyalty, digital platforms, or related industries.\nProfessional proficiency in Russian.\nExperience working in multinational and cross-functional environments.\n• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or
