By developing and scaling impactful portfolio optimization solutions, we enable customers to improve activation, usage, spend, and other key portfolio performance outcomes.\nOur programmatic approach, combined with Mastercard’s data, insights, and capabilities, enables measurable and repeatable value delivery across markets and customer segments. We work across Product, Sales, Marketing, Services, and regional teams to identify opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and accelerate execution against portfolio performance priorities.\nWe are seeking a Manager, who will be responsible for:\nSupporting the development and execution of the Global Portfolio Optimization strategy, priorities, and roadmap, ensuring alignment across multiple initiatives, teams, and markets.\nDriving PMO activities across key GPO initiatives, including workplan development, milestone tracking, stakeholder coordination, identification of dependencies and risks, and preparation of management updates.\nStructuring complex business topics into clear, compelling narratives and executive-level presentations, translating data, insights, and multiple inputs into actionable recommendations and effective storytelling.\nDesigning and developing new portfolio optimization solutions and approaches, identifying opportunities to improve customer portfolio performance and evolve GPO capabilities.\nConducting opportunity assessments and supporting concept development, from initial problem definition and ideation through validation, business case development, and execution planning.\nConnecting insights across multiple disciplines and teams to understand business needs, identify opportunities for innovation, and translate ideas into scalable solutions.\nCollaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Services, regional teams, and other stakeholders to advance initiatives and enable execution.\nDeveloping clear communication materials for audiences at different levels of the organization, including senior and executive leadership.\nMonitoring initiative performance and progress, leveraging KPIs and business insights to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas requiring additional focus.\nSupporting the development of frameworks, methodologies, and best practices that can be leveraged across markets to drive a more consistent and scalable approach to Portfolio Optimization.\nBringing structure to ambiguous and complex problems, connecting different perspectives and information to develop practical and actionable solutions.\nAll About You:\nBachelor’s degree in business, management, economics, engineering, or other relevant areas.\nExperience in strategy, product management, consulting, PMO, or other roles requiring strong problem-solving and cross-functional execution capabilities.\nStrong project and program management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives, stakeholders, priorities, and dependencies.\nExcellent storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to structure complex information into clear, concise, and compelling executive-level narratives.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization, including senior leadership.\nStrong business acumen and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate data and insights into recommendations and solutions.\nExperience developing new concepts, solutions, or capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to move from ambiguity and ideation to structured execution.\nAbility to work effectively across multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams, connecting different areas of expertise to drive common outcomes.\nStrong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity, with the ability to quickly understand new topics and connect insights to identify opportunities for
