1:1s with team\nDemonstrate a customer-first approach\nTimely escalation of risks, conflict resolution and stakeholder management\nEnsures teams compliance to goal setting and performance appraisal all phases of the development lifecycle and in relationship building with business clients.\nAtleast 1 year of people management experience.\nHands-on experience working on Java SpringBoot based apps, Oracle sometime in the past\nFamiliar with building Splunk dashboards or other monitoring tools.\nExperienced in engaging external IT vendors, including managing vendor selection and maintenance of vendor relations.\nBroad knowledge in the areas of strategy, planning and project management required processes and techniques.\nIn-depth knowledge of project planning techniques and automated project planning tools.\nExtensive knowledge and experience in manging scrum teams and the Agile (Scrum, SAFe) process.\nExtensive knowledge of project management processes, systems development methods, organizational change management concepts, and business process improvement methods.\nExperience working with technical applications and/or information systems, or equivalent.\nKnowledge of MasterCard
