enterprise scale.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nLead and Develop High-Performing Teams\n* Build, coach, and mentor a team of software and data engineers.\n* Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.\n* Support career growth through regular coaching, feedback, and development planning.\nBuild and Scale Data Products\n* Lead the design, delivery, and lifecycle management of data products supporting analytics, AI/ML, reporting, and operational decisioning.\n* Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, reusable, and trusted data solutions.\n* Drive a product mindset focused on data quality, usability, ownership, and measurable business outcomes.\nEnable Fit-for-Purpose Data Consumption\n* Ensure practices.\n* Drive measurable improvements in platform health, data quality, and engineering productivity.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nRequired\n* Experience leading software engineering, data engineering, or platform engineering teams.\n* Strong background building scalable distributed systems, data platforms, or cloud-native solutions.\n* Experience delivering complex initiatives in Agile environments.\n* Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes across multiple teams.\n* Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.\nPreferred\n* Experience with data product development, analytics platforms, or decision intelligence solutions.\n* Experience with streaming technologies, event-driven architectures, and large-scale data processing.\n* Knowledge of
