This role is accountable for managing issuer and third-party provider relationships, overseeing supplier enablement campaigns, and leveraging data and analytics to identify growth, optimization, and volume realization opportunities. The role operates at the intersection of issuer management, supplier enablement, campaign execution, and data-driven strategy.\nKey Responsibilities\nIssuer Management\nPartner closely with issuers and account management teams to drive B2B volume growth through supplier enablement campaigns.\nManage relationships with third-party supplier enablement providers to ensure issuer campaigns are executed effectively, efficiently, and against agreed objectives.\nDevelop quarterly issuer performance reports highlighting high-growth, declining, and at-risk suppliers and identifying opportunities for further activation.\nLead biweekly and monthly issuer and provider reviews to assess pipeline opportunities, campaign performance, volume realization, and key trends.\nPerform targeted analysis to identify and leverage successfully validated supplier contact information across campaigns to improve outreach and conversion.\nProactively identify opportunities to optimize existing issuer campaigns and accelerate supplier activation and commercial volume.\nData & Analytics\nDevelop and maintain analytical dashboards to track commercial acceptance trends, supplier enablement performance, and key performance indicators.\nLeverage data and analytical insights to identify when and how suppliers are most likely to accept commercial card payments.\nMonitor key KPIs and track monthly performance against established goals, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.\nAnalyze AP files to identify Card on File suppliers, known acceptors, universal acceptors, selective acceptors, and other high-potential opportunities.\nGenerate customized reporting and insights into supplier processing behavior, including issuer and acquirer relationships and applicable commercial card qualification levels.\nDevelop bi-monthly executive leadership updates highlighting supplier enablement performance across issuers, providers, campaigns, and other key business metrics.\nIdentify low-hanging-fruit and incremental opportunities that may have been overlooked across previous issuer or buyer campaigns.\nQualifications\n7+ years of experience in B2B payments, supplier enablement, commercial cards, analytics, financial services, or related fields.\nStrong understanding of commercial card acceptance, supplier enablement, issuer programs, and B2B payment dynamics.\nDemonstrated experience managing complex programs, campaigns, and relationships across multiple internal and external stakeholders.\nStrong analytical capabilities with experience translating large datasets into actionable commercial insights and growth opportunities.\nExperience analyzing AP data, supplier acceptance behavior, campaign performance, and payment-processing trends.\nStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate insights effectively to senior leadership.\nCore Capabilities\nIssuer and provider relationship management\nSupplier enablement campaign management\nAP file and commercial acceptance analytics\nDashboarding and performance reporting\nKPI management and volume realization\nData-driven opportunity identification\nExecutive-level communication\nSuccess Measures\nIncreased B2B commercial card volume across managed issuer portfolios\nStrong execution and performance of supplier enablement campaigns\nImproved supplier outreach, activation, and conversion rates\nIdentification and realization of incremental opportunities through AP and acceptance analytics\nConsistent delivery of actionable issuer, provider, and executive-level reporting\n• Strong issuer, account management, and third-party provider alignmentMastercard is a merit-based, inclusive, equal opportunity employer that considers applicants without regard to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disabled or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
