In this role the Switching Solutions TPM will be engaging with product and development teams from packaging to production deployment and will act as the single accountable person driving delivery of organizational vision\nDeep understanding of the platform, the integration patterns, the organizational capabilities, and the company wide assets that can be leveraged to provide technical solutions to customer problems\nContinuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators on the organization’s score card and move them in a positive direction\nStay on top of tactical execution rigorously inspecting the delivery plans and execution metrics of your TPMs\nAdapt to shifting goals and activities while managing multiple activities in parallel\nBuild and cultivate strong internal visibility into overall portfolio status and outcomes\nServe as the primary escalation point for critical delivery issues.\nCommunicate portfolio status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.\nBuild strong partnerships with Product, Engineering, Operations, Architecture, Security, and Business teams.\nFacilitate executive reviews, governance forums, and strategic decision-making discussions.\nEnsure stakeholders receive timely, transparent, and actionable communications\nEstablish effective operating rhythms, governance routines, and performance processes, and systems, while removing all blocking issues leading to a successful delivery\nFacilitate Planning Increment (PI) sessions across multiple engineering teams to define plans for upcoming releases\nCollaborate with engineering teams and have the technical credibility to drive constructive discussions with the engineering teams (you may be embedded within the scrum team or your work may be cross-cutting across products, multiple scrum teams, and/or technology\nCollaborate with engineering managers to secure resources, scope efforts, set priorities and establish delivery
