Our technology and innovation, partnerships and networks combine to deliver a unique set of products and services that help people, businesses and governments realize their greatest potential.\nTitle and Summary\nManaging Director, Product Management - MasterpassRole Purpose:Managing Director, Masterpass will be responsible for product strategies and implementation plans for Masterpass digital payments platform for Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa.\nThe position will manage Masterpass digital platform located in Turkey with value propositions such as Digital Wallet, Card on File, Tokenization, Gateway, P2P Remittances, Fraud Decisioning, Loyalty, A2A Payments, and Payment Orchestration. The product leader will have direct and indirect P&L responsibility for the Platform products, which represent the largest direct revenue generator within Digital Payments.\nHe/she will work in alignment with the EEMEA and global product organization, market development and account management teams to diversify Mastercard’s business through market leadership in Digital Payments Platforms products.\nSpecific responsibilities will include the following:\nMajor Accountabilities\nDirect the successful delivery of Digital Payments Platforms projects in EEMEA region as agreed with regional and global management\nBuild / Manage relationship with the regulators (Central Banks, AML Bodies, etc.) and payment service provider associations, represent the company in public events, participate in panels, deliver keynote speeches whenever required.\nEnsure compliance to local regulations by managing cross-functional teams within Mastercard, external suppliers, etc.\nDevelop and execute Digital Payment Platform strategies to differentiate Mastercard offerings so as to directly influence brand decisions and customer loyalty\nDirect the development and execution of go to market strategies for commercializing Mastercard Digital Payments Platform technologies\nIdentify and develop local partnerships to help accelerate the delivery of Digital Payments Platforms product and solutions.\nInfluence global Platforms product development by contributing EEMEA specific as well as general product requirements\nWork with EEMEA Regional and country management in the prioritization of opportunities. Allocate time and resources according to such prioritization\nEnsure quality deployment and implementations. Assume overall end-to-end management responsibilities for quality assurance\nEffectively engage Consumer and Customer Marketing, Customer Delivery, Communications and other colleagues in EEMEA to support the launch of new products, features and functionality.\nIdentify strategic business-building opportunities in products and services that can be offered, developed and implemented to customers\nContribute to a culture of innovation and responsiveness that differentiate Mastercard from competition and establish strong teamwork with other team members\nExperience and skills\nAt least 10 years of relevant experience in the payment industry in product management, market development, product development preferably with at least 7+ years of these total professional experience in Digital Payments & Platforms area.\nExperience managing Digital Payments products that is subject to Central Bank (or any other regulator) compliance is a must.\nLeadership position in one or more markets in EEMEA\nIdeal candidate would have launched and / or managed an Digital Payments service within financial institution or telco or a payment service provider.\nFamiliarity with Mastercard systems a strong plus\nExperience in developing and scaling Digital Payments services in EEMEA\nStrong operational/technical background within the payments and financial services industries, with a specific focus in managing supplier teams.\nLeadership experience in product management and development\nUnderstanding of competitive offerings and industry trends\nAbility to interpret macro-economic and demographic trends, with an ability to craft research and validation processes that support the selection of features and functions that support Digital Payments payment growth opportunities\n•
