This role will contribute to the engineering, support, governance, and adoption of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and related AI platform services.\nThe successful candidate will combine technical engineering skills with a customer-focused mindset to support internal developers, maintain platform documentation, develop reusable solutions, and help drive enterprise AI adoption.\nKey Responsibilities\nAI Platform Engineering\nBuild, test, and maintain solutions that support enterprise AI and Copilot initiatives.\nContribute to platform integrations, automation, and reusable engineering components.\nAssist in the development of MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, connectors, and proof-of-concept solutions.\nFollow engineering best practices for security, reliability, testing, and operational readiness. 12\nCopilot Studio Support & Operations\nSupport internal developers building solutions with Copilot Studio and related Microsoft technologies.\nTroubleshoot platform issues and assist users with technical questions and implementation guidance.\nPartner with engineering and product teams to improve the developer experience and platform reliability. 13\nKnowledge Management\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, troubleshooting resources, and support content.\nEnsure platform knowledge repositories remain accurate, current, and easy to consume.\nIdentify opportunities to improve self-service support and reduce repetitive support requests. 1\nDeveloper Enablement\nDeliver training sessions, demonstrations, and technical enablement content.\nCreate learning materials and reference assets that help developers successfully adopt platform capabilities.\nSupport internal communities of practice and developer engagement activities. 13\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.\n2-5 years of experience in platform engineering, software engineering, automation, or related technical roles.\nExperience with cloud platforms, APIs, automation, or application integrations.\nExperience troubleshooting technical issues and supporting users or development teams.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to learn new technologies quickly and work effectively in a collaborative environment.\nPreferred\nExperience with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.\nExperience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI, or Generative AI technologies.\nExperience developing integrations, connectors, or automation solutions.\nFamiliarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.\nExperience creating technical documentation, training content, or
