You will have the opportunity to create high-performance API solutions and will be responsible for the analysis, design, development and delivery of software solutions.\nRole:\nHands-on developer who writes high quality, secure code that is modular, functional, and testable.\nDesign and build technical roadmaps and guide the development staff on adoption.\nLead day to day system development and maintenance activities of the team to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and create solutions with high level of innovation, cost effectiveness, high quality, and faster time to market.\nHave strong ownership of your team’s software and are deep in the maintenance characteristics, runtime properties and dependencies including hardware, operating system, and build.\nInvestigate and troubleshoot customer reported issues and propose solutions which meet customer requirements along with architectural and business requirements.\nConduct technical interviews for hiring engineering staff and raising the performance bar. Coach other technical resources.\nCommunicate, collaborate, and work effectively in a global environment.\nAll About You:\nProficient in architecture, design and implementation of micro services and distributed, scalable systems. Extensive experience with API based platforms and data storage/ access platforms.\nExpert programming skills in Java and micro-service development and junits.\nExpertise with Spring Cloud, Spring Boot, Tomcat.\nSkilled in working with both SQL and NoSQL persistence technologies, e.g. Postgress, Oracle, MongoDB.\nExperience with Spark / Hadoop ecosystem.\nProficiency in software development test approaches & frameworks: ATDD/BDD, Unit tests, Cucumber, Spock.\nExpertise working with cloud hosting technologies such as PCF, Azure.\nCommand of CI/CD principles and tools such as Maven, Jenkins, Chef.\nExpertise in identifying performance bottlenecks and coming up with novel ways to solve them.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nLeadership, initiative and willingness to take on challenging opportunities.\nHighly motivated and interested in cultivating a high performance team environment.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or
