Missions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and drive the execution of strategic delivery goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Establish and implement foundational program management practices, including delivery processes, governance, and operating rhythms for a newly forming engineering organization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for programs, providing accurate and timely visibility into program status, risks, and decisions to a range of stakeholders.
Profil recherché
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex issues and decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences- BS in engineering, computer science, project management or related discipline

- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and drive execution in ambiguous, early-stage environments
- This role requires someone who can manage complex programs, drive strategic execution, and lead cross-organizational efforts while helping stand up foundational program practices
- Strong understanding of business strategy, technology landscape, and design trade-offs
- Track record of managing escalations, aligning stakeholders, and delivering large-scale initiatives
- Demonstrated experience building relationships, partnering with and influencing dependent teams while commanding the respect of the individuals you work with across the organization
- Strong expertise in agile delivery models and scrum practices
- Experience helping establish or improve ways of working, delivery processes, or program governance models is a plus
- Proven experience managing complex technical programs across multiple teams, including coordination with external vendors or partners
