This role plays a pivotal role in driving complex, cross-functional programs and maintaining alignment between execution and organizational objectives. The responsibility of this teammate is to ensure technical solutions are delivered on time and meet desired outcomes, while helping establish the operating model for a growing organization.\nWe are seeking a Technical Program Manager with a proven ability to operate independently and tackle ambiguous areas with a focus on delivering impactful results. This role requires someone who can manage complex programs, drive strategic execution, and lead cross-organizational efforts while helping stand up foundational program practices.\nRoles and Responsibilities\nOperate with a high degree of independence to address ambiguous problem spaces, establish clarity, and drive timely execution.\nHelp establish foundational program management practices, including delivery processes, governance, and operating rhythms for a newly forming engineering organization.\nLead coordination and execution across internal teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and delivery outcomes.\nIdentify and bridge gaps between regions, architectures, vendors, and organizations, creating scalable patterns for cross-team collaboration.\nManage escalations and drive resolution of complex delivery challenges impacting multiple teams or stakeholders.\nServe as the primary point of contact for programs, communicating confidently with senior leadership and translating complex information into clear, actionable updates.\nProvide accurate and timely visibility into program status, risks, and decisions to a range of stakeholders.\nFacilitate constructive dialogue across teams and partners to resolve misalignment and enable predictable delivery.\nOversee execution across multiple teams and domains, creating effective reporting mechanisms and continuously improving delivery processes.\nSupport the scaling of engineering squads across regions by establishing repeatable delivery models and onboarding patterns for new teams.\nBuild consensus, drive accountability, and deliver outcomes with limited guidance in a fast-evolving environment.\nRequired Skills and Experience\nDemonstrated ability to operate independently and drive execution in ambiguous, early-stage environments.\nProven experience managing complex technical programs across multiple teams, including coordination with external vendors or partners.\nStrong expertise in agile delivery models and scrum practices\nTrack record of managing escalations, aligning stakeholders, and delivering large-scale initiatives.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex issues and decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nStrong understanding of business strategy, technology landscape, and design trade-offs.\nDemonstrated experience building relationships, partnering with and influencing dependent teams while commanding the respect of the individuals you work with across the organization.\nExperience helping establish or improve ways of working, delivery processes, or program governance models is a plus.\n• BS in engineering, computer science, project management or
