With connections across more than 210 countries and territories, we are building a sustainable world that unlocks priceless possibilities for all.\nOverview\nThe SSO Identity Solutions team in Europe is looking for a Programme Manager to deliver market and sales enablement of new Identity Solutions products across Europe and execute customer pilots that prove the value of new services for digital credentials and wallets.\nMastercard has committed to deliver several pilots (WE BUILD) and has growing interest in large number of markets across Europe. We must engage and enable 30+ European markets plus Moldova and Ukraine. A dedicated delivery owner is therefore needed to support local market teams, coordinate pilots and convert interest into a strong customer pipeline.\nRole\nDeliver market and sales enablement so local teams can engage customers consistently\nSupport and enable local market teams across 30+ European markets plus Moldova and Ukraine\nOversee and guide market plans and prioritisation; ensure timely support and involvement by subject matter experts when required; ensure sales materials, training sessions etc are available to the local teams\nManage and support customer pilots in identity solutions, in collaboration with Core (WE BUILD and other pilots) where needed\nSupport the local teams in progressing interest in priority markets into active opportunities\nCoordinate cross-functional delivery across product, commercial and market teams\nExpected outcomes:\nMarket and sales enablement materials and playbooks\nCoordinated market engagement plans\nDelivered customer pilots (WE BUILD and others)\nPilot pipeline and progress reporting\nA strong, qualified pipeline of customers\nAll About You\nExperienced programme manager -
