ROLE:

We look for a Sales Specialist in Consumer Solutions

The Sales Specialist, CSC Consumer Solutions, will be an integral part of our Consumer Solutions team and will help drive the development and commercialization of core consumer bankcard products and solutions tailored to specific segment needs, including premium cardholders and other priority customer groups. In this role, you will support business growth by shaping client propositions, identifying opportunities to enhance customer value, and contributing to the execution of go-to-market strategies with banking partners in Hungary and Slovenia.

In addition to being proactive, you should build good relationships with colleagues and clients, think in a flexible way, and focus on understanding customer needs to help create payment solutions.

Things you do as a Sales Specialist, CSC Consumer Solutions:

• Manage and evolve core consumer solutions by supporting the development, positioning, and optimization of bankcard-related products and services for consumer segments in Hungary and Slovenia.
• Tailor propositions to segment needs by identifying differentiated value propositions for premium cardholders and other target segments, based on market trends, partner priorities, and cardholder expectations.
• Support client engagement and sales execution through business case development, preparation of sales materials, coordination with account teams, and contribution to partner discussions and solution design.
• Drive product relevance and innovation by monitoring consumer and market trends, assessing competitive offerings, and helping shape agile enhancements that improve customer experience and commercial performance.
• Manage third-party vendors and service quality by overseeing contracting and invoicing processes, tracking KPIs, resolving complaints, and supervising partners to continuously develop and deliver an exceptional user experience.
• Collaborate across functions with product, marketing, account management, and local and regional teams to ensure successful delivery and scaling of consumer solutions initiatives.
• Contribute to market growth by helping expand Mastercard’s consumer solutions footprint, supporting revenue opportunities, and strengthening our value proposition with issuers and partners.

All about you:

• Willingness and openness to work in a fast-paced, customer- and market-centric environment
• Curiosity, agility, creativity, and a strong sense of ownership
• Result-oriented and customer-focused self-starter with strong commercial mindset
• 1-3 years of experience in consultancy, telco, sales, product management, consumer banking, payments, or related fields
• Ability to understand segment needs and translate them into actionable products or commercial initiatives
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across functions and levels
• Basic understanding of business and the ability to help create solutions that meet customer needs and business goals.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track key KPIs and identify deviations from the business case
• Optional: experience with use AI tools to improve productivity, insight generation, and solution development is highly valued
• Fluent in English and Hungarian
• A strong team player with excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural collaboration skills

• You will be based in Budapest and may be required to travel
