security standards, including for financial workflows.\nDeploy, monitor, and optimize services on AWS cloud infrastructure.\nContribute to ETL pipelines and data workflows where projects require it.\nCollaborate with product, design, and customer-facing teams to deliver high-quality features.\n\nRequirements: \n3-5 years of professional software development experience.\nStrong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and REST API design.\nHands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka in production systems.\nProficiency with React.js and modern frontend practices.\nSolid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.\nFamiliarity with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda) and with Git and CI/CD workflows.\nClear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate across teams.\n\nPreferred / General Requirements: \nWorking knowledge of LLM-powered workflows, RAG pipelines, OCR, or agentic AI systems.\nEffective day-to-day use of AI coding agents as part of the development workflow.\nExposure to high-scale environments and the evolutionary technical challenges they present.\nUnderstanding of distributed systems and their operational
