This role will act as a strategic and operational partner to Business Development teams, ensuring deal structuring, CRM hygiene, pricing, contracting, and post-sales processes are executed with accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.\nThe role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Operations, offering high visibility into deal-making and business performance, while driving operational excellence and enabling revenue growth within Mastercard Services.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Sales Lifecycle Management\nSupport BD teams across the full deal lifecycle-from opportunity creation to deal closure and post-sales execution\nEnsure timely progression of opportunities through internal approval workflows\nAct as a central coordinator across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Delivery teams\n2. Deal Structuring & Commercial Support\nPartner with BD teams to conceptualize and structure deals aligned with business objectives and pricing guidelines\nSupport development of business cases, pricing models, and commercial constructs\nEnsure deal structures comply with internal policies and margin expectations\n3. CRM (Salesforce) Governance & Hygiene\nOwn creation and maintenance of accurate and complete opportunity records in Salesforce\nEnsure data integrity, completeness, and adherence to CRM standards\nSupport pipeline reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking\n4. Pricing & Approvals\nFacilitate pricing processes including coordination with Finance and Pricing teams\nSupport preparation and submission of pricing approvals and documentation\nEnsure proper documentation of pricing assumptions and approvals in systems\n5. Contracting Support\nCoordinate contract creation processes using internal tools (e.g., Ironclad or equivalent)\nLiaise with Legal, BD, and other stakeholders to ensure timely contract execution\nTrack contract status and ensure alignment with approved deal terms\n6. Post-Sales Support (Revenue & Billing)\nEnable smooth transition from sales to delivery and billing teams\nEnsure accurate setup of deals in billing and revenue management systems\nSupport issue resolution related to invoicing, revenue recognition, and client queries\n7. Process Improvement & Enablement\nIdentify opportunities to streamline sales and operational processes\nDrive standardization and automation across deal support activities\nDevelop documentation, playbooks, and training materials for BD teams\nKey Stakeholder Interfaces\nBusiness Development / Sales Teams\nFinance & Pricing\nLegal & Contracting\nRevenue Assurance & Billing Operations\nDelivery / Product Teams\nQualifications & Experience\n5-7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Commercial Support roles\nStrong understanding of sales lifecycle processes in a B2B environment\nExperience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)\nExposure to pricing, contracting, and billing processes\nKey Skills & Competencies\nStrong commercial acumen and deal structuring capability\nHigh attention to detail and process rigor\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nAnalytical mindset
