This role combines expertise in cloud engineering, DevOps, SRE, automation, CI/CD troubleshooting, observability, security operations, and AIOps-driven incident management.\nYou will be responsible for ensuring complex incident resolution, platform reliability, DevOps enablement, Kubernetes operations, automation, and operational excellence across AWS, Azure, and hybrid environments.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Cloud Operations & Platform Reliability (SRE Focus)\nTake ownership of production cloud platform stability, availability, performance, and reliability.\nLead complex incident triage, deep troubleshooting, and resolution across cloud and container platforms.\nImplement SRE best practices such as SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, error budgets, and resilience engineering.\nDrive root cause analysis (RCA) and eliminate recurring failures through engineering solutions.\n2. CI/CD Pipeline Support & DevOps Enablement\nProvide advanced troubleshooting for CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, AWS CodePipeline).\nDiagnose and resolve pipeline failures related to infrastructure, container builds, artifact storage, security scanning, and deployment orchestration.\nEnable self-service pipelines, progressive delivery, canary deployments, and rollback automation.\nCollaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment velocity, quality, and reliability.\n3. Multi-Cloud Engineering & Kubernetes Operations\nOperate and support large-scale AWS, Azure, and hybrid cloud platforms.\nPerform advanced Kubernetes operations including:\nCluster management\nNode scaling\nNetworking troubleshooting\nPod failures\nStorage & ingress debugging\nManage cloud networking, compute, storage, IAM, load balancing, and security services.\n4. Observability, AIOps & Intelligent Operations\nOperate and enhance enterprise observability platforms across metrics, logs, traces, and events.\nImplement AIOps-driven alert correlation, noise reduction, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.\nBuild automated remediation workflows and self-healing systems.\nDrive MTTR reduction through automation-first operations.\n5. Security Operations & DevSecOps\nProvide cloud security incident triage and remediation.\nImplement DevSecOps automation for vulnerability scanning, compliance checks, and policy enforcement.\nSupport cloud security posture management (CSPM), IAM governance, secrets management, and certificate lifecycle management.\n6. Automation, Infrastructure as Code & Engineering Excellence\nBuild and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM, and Bicep.\nDevelop automation scripts and tools using Python, Bash, PowerShell, and Go.\nImplement event-driven automation and auto-healing frameworks.\n7.
