By taking care of our people, their wellbeing, and career development, we provide them the necessary tools and environment to ensure the success of our mission.\nOverview\nThe Identity Access Management team is looking for a Senior Information Security Operations Analyst to join the identity Access Management services expansion, identify ways to leverage the access data to answer important business questions. This would include automating access and streamlining processes - truly understanding end to end provisioning of access across enterprise platforms, and innovating techniques to use and communicate data in new and more effective ways to influencing how access should be granted to users. You must be a team player with a positive attitude who is enthusiastic about bringing a vision of the future to life.\nIn This Role, You Will:\nSupports internal efforts and enhancements of existing Identity Access Management system.\nIdentifies automation opportunities to deliver smarter and easier identity access management services to support “access as an enabler” strategy.\nImplement identity solutions to integrate users and applications from mergers and acquisitions.\nImplement security controls for human and non-human identities.\nEnvision how Mastercard will continue modernizing Identity and Access Management in the cloud.\nEnsure that access is appropriately handled during identity lifecycle events (e.g., Joiner, Mover, Leaver).\nImprove procedures and feature sets for Identity and Access Management in the cloud.\nProvide technical design and architecture advice to internal teams on leveraging cloud IAM services.\nPlan and build out access reviews for cloud environments, ensuring compliance and minimizing friction.\nPromote these services across the enterprise and foster enthusiasm for modern Identity governance.\nReview project documentation, maintain technical documents, and business requirements.\nIdentify opportunities for improvement and provide technical guidance to junior resources.\nUnderstand security policies, industry best practices, and compliance requirements.\nAll About You\nBachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n3-6 years of experience in Information Security roles, with a strong foundation in security engineering, risk management, and control remediation.\nWorking knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks, including PCI DSS, GLBA, and SOX.\nSolid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, processes, and technologies.\nProven ability to develop and execute project plans for complex initiatives, effectively prioritizing multiple workstreams and deliverables.\nExperience leading medium-sized projects and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced environments.\nHands-on Information Security Engineering experience, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and remediation activities.\nExperience driving continuous improvements to cloud-based IAM processes through data-driven metrics, monitoring, and stakeholder feedback.\nKnowledge of security audits, controls validation, governance practices, and compliance assessments.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage technical and non-technical audiences.\nCorporate Security Responsibility\nEvery person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security.
