In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines and solutions that enable efficient data processing and analysis. As a Senior Product Manager - Technical, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and contribute to the continuous improvement of our data infrastructure.\nAs a Senior PMT, you will:\nResponsible for developing inspiring platform/product visions, derived from business needs, market opportunities, and technology trends\nUsing the Working Backwards method, decomposes business requirements and customer experiences into features and functions that drive the platform/product roadmap\nWorks with Technical Program Managers, Developers, and internal customers to define the details behind the business requirements\nCollects and shares user stories with engineering teams\nActs as the voice of the business customer and accountable for the platform services\nResponsibilities\nCollaborate with technical team and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions\nOwns the working backwards document and vision for one or more features\nElicits and decomposes business requirements into platform requirements and user stories\nCoordinates internal forums to collect and identify feature-level development opportunities\nContributes near-term input (quarterly) for the platform product portfolio and roadmap, prioritizing the backlog while defining the acceptance criteria for user stories\nRecommends trade-off decisions on platform product features/depth of features/backlog items\nUses runtime metrics of their services in market as a feedback loop in to the backlog and balances the priorities against new feature requests\nOwns and manages product documentation ensuring features and associated documentation are clear and easily consumable by other engineering teams\nEnables self-service support and/or works to reduce overhead\nMakes use of research, user studies, metrics and competitive analysis to understand the platform and business needs for a platform product and inform the backlog\nMay participate with the business in customer research to inform platform product feature needs\nCoordinates with interdependent teams on platform product requirements\nWork with large datasets, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and performance\nContinuously monitors feature development at the feature level adjusting throughout implementation as needed\nReviews product demo against acceptance criteria for the feature set\nPrepares launches and monitors platform performances, adoption, and operational health for feature sets\nSupports and participates in post-launch reviews and ensures feedback is reincorporated into the feature\nStays aligned with GTM plans for the feature set\nIdentifies issues that will keep the platform features from delivering on time and/or with the desired requirements and works with internal teams and customer service to identify, classify, and prioritize feature-level customer issues\nMentors team members\nAssists with candidate selection and onboarding\nAll About You\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field\nIn-depth understanding of data warehousing concepts, and data modeling techniques\nStrong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as data integration and transformation tools\nPassion for and engagement with emerging trends in data, AI/ML, analytics, and digital experiences\nExperience in data product development, analytical models, and model governance\nExperience in anonymizing data and managing the use of data\nExperience in data hygiene procedures, identity resolution capabilities or data management a plus\nAbility to create strategies and plans that define how information can be utilized to support an organization's overall business strategy, and how that information and data is organized, and governed inside an organization\nStrong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to understand complex information product constructs\nFamiliarity with industry best practices for collection and use of data\nOutstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex data challenges\n•
