With connections across more than 210 countries and territories, we are building a sustainable world that unlocks priceless possibilities for all.\nOverview:\nThe Data & Analytics program is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Technical, to lead the localization and modernization of its Transaction Lookup Services (TLS) platform. TLS provides access to transaction data for disputes, chargebacks, analytics, customer servicing, and payment ecosystem partners across global markets.\nIn this role, you’ll define product strategy and outcomes for adapting TLS to regional needs while modernizing its services, APIs, and data flows. You’ll partner with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Operations, Security, regional product teams, and business stakeholders to translate customer and market needs into clear priorities and deliverable product requirements.\nRole\nDefine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for TLS localization and modernization.\nGather and prioritize requirements from regional teams, business stakeholders, partners, and platform consumers.\nLead product discovery and delivery from problem definition through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.\nOwn the product backlog and outcomes, balancing customer value, business priorities, technical constraints, and regional requirements.\nIdentify modernization opportunities across legacy systems, APIs, services, infrastructure, and data platforms, including migration planning.\nPartner with Engineering and Architecture to define API capabilities, service integration patterns, data contracts, and technical solutions across the TLS ecosystem.\nUnderstand end-to-end transaction data flows, including upstream sources, transformations, storage, APIs, and downstream consumers.\nAddress regional data governance, privacy, residency, regulatory, and operational requirements.\nDefine product success measures and use SQL, customer feedback, and operational metrics to assess data quality, API performance, adoption, and platform reliability.\nAll About You\nProven product management experience, including technical, platform, API, or data products.\nExperience delivering platform modernization, migration, localization, or transformation initiatives.\nWorking knowledge of APIs, microservices, distributed systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise data systems.\nUnderstanding of payments, transaction processing, disputes, chargebacks, or financial services.\nExperience balancing regional requirements with global platform capabilities.\nStrong understanding of data flows, data lineage, data quality, and data governance.\nFamiliarity with data privacy, regulatory compliance, and regional data residency requirements.\nAbility to use SQL and interpret technical designs, API specifications, and data models to support product decisions.\nStrong analytical, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.\n#LI-FT1Mastercard is a merit-based, inclusive, equal opportunity employer that considers applicants without regard to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disabled or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
