technical approaches to optimise performance, scalability, and maintainability.\nSelect appropriate technical frameworks, architectures, and delivery methodologies.\nTechnical Leadership\nLead day-to-day development and maintenance activities, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.\nDrive innovation, quality, cost-effectiveness, and speed to market.\nMentor and guide team members throughout all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).\nDeliver technical training sessions and facilitate knowledge-sharing activities.\nSoftware Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Ownership\nTake ownership of the full SDLC, including:\no Requirements gathering and documentation\no Solution design and technical specifications\no Test strategy and test design\no Performance benchmarking\no Deployment and release planning\no Rollback and contingency planning\no Cost, effort, and timeline estimation\nOperational Support & Incident Management\nPerform system maintenance and hands-on software development experience using Java and Spring Framework.\nExperience developing secure, enterprise-scale solutions.\nPrevious experience within the Financial Services sector is
