We are currently seeking candidates that will be responsible to support the technical lead in overall architecture, design and produce a high-quality code using different languages.\nRole:\nThis position is a member of the MasterCard B&MI Technology focusing on development of Enterprise Application Development using Java tech stack and Angular/React as the Front-end technologies.\nParticipate in the gathering of business requirements.\nEnsure software designs align with MasterCard’s Enterprise Architecture and leverage our enterprise services.\nEnsure product development meets MasterCard’s business needs.\nEnsure development teams use the appropriate MasterCard standard development methodologies and follow our technology standards, and that all projects and development are appropriately documented.\nEnsure that software and system design and delivery support the goal of zero down time in production.\nWork closely with business partners on product definition, product roadmaps, business case development, and overall direction for the team.\nRespond to operational and business concerns or issues relative to future business programs, projects, or enhancements to ensure consistent delivery of quality services.\nEnsure development supports all appropriate certifications and compliance requirements, including those for PCI, GLBA, Safe Harbor, and others.\nResponsible for performance engineering of the enterprise software architecture, and providing functional guidance, advice, and/or training to other application developers.\nResponsible for designing, developing, testing, delivering, and monitoring scalable and secure cloud architectures, using various AWS cloud and cloud native platforms, such as EC2, ECS, S3.\nNeed to improve and expand the existing platform by ensuring that it is resilient, secure, and scalable.\nAll About You:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience with 7+ years of industry experience.\nStrong experience in Full Stack Java development using J2EE, Java 8 or higher, JSP, Servlets, Spring 5, Hibernate, and backend service development.\nProven expertise in building and consuming Web Services (SOAP/RESTful APIs) and developing scalable, high-performance applications.\nSolid understanding of relational (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, etc.), with ability to write efficient and optimized queries.\nExperience working with frontend technologies such as React or Angular, along with HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS.\nHands-on experience with application servers such as WebSphere, JBoss, and Tomcat, and development environments including Visual Studio, RAD, Eclipse, IntelliJ, and VS Code.\nExposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools such as Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Chef, SonarQube, with understanding of automated build and deployment processes.\nExperience in cloud-native application development using platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, including deployment, monitoring, and scaling of applications.\nFamiliarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, and microservices-based architecture.\nExposure to big data and data engineering ecosystems, including Databricks, Apache Spark, ETL pipelines, and Delta Lake concepts.\nUnderstanding of AI/ML concepts and AI-powered development tools (e.g., Copilot, AI-assisted testing, or code generation), and ability to integrate AI/ML services/APIs into applications.\nExperience with UNIX environments (Shell scripting, awk), along with XML/XSLT and related technologies.\nStrong knowledge of SDLC methodologies, with experience in both Agile and Waterfall models.\nExcellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work across multiple organizational levels and global teams.\nHigh-energy, detail-oriented,
